Looks and smells like garlic!

We needed more garlic seasoning and were tired of running out. The size of this product was a good fit. It tastes fresher than the last product we tried.

Just an FYI it is granulated...... coarse. Not powder. Good stuff though.

I seem to have encountered the same issue as other customers. I should have read the reviews first, although there were so many five-star reviews I thought it would be a good product. The first thing I noticed is the strong garlic smell upon opening the box. So, the seal was not airtight. Second, my first thought upon looking at the product was, "Is this a container of wood chips?" I see after reading the reviews that this is probably because there are a bunch of hulls in the product, and not simply pure garlic bulbs, as described. No wonder it was cheap. Oh well, fortunately Amazon has a good return policy.

I use a lot of granulated garlic powder in my cooking, because I don't particularly like the crunch of diced garlic in my food. The order arrived on time and in good shape. The large container was more than likely fresh, because it had not not settled, as is the case with some large containers of garlic powder. I am happy with the product and will definitely buy it again.
