This is a great product. For the simple purpose it provides, it is extremely sturdy and functional. It adjusts in only one plane, but that is easily workable as long as you position it correctly for your specific needs. I only purchased this to use as a mount around the home to keep surfaces tidy and keep electronics out of reach of animals and children to reduce accidents. The sticky pad is very sticky which waist supports the weight of the mount and phone combined. You also receive a spare sticky pad in the box. The magnet is extremely strong and holds my phone with ease. I am not saying your phone would survive a rally event on this mount if you used it on your dashboard, but I do believe it would fair very well. So good for the price that I bought another one.

I’ve had this for several months now and I’m very impressed. The magnet is really strong—my phone stays securely in place with no issues at all. Even after months of regular use, it continues to work perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable magnetic holder. Adhesive strength was great, no faults. Small size, easy to put on and to use, for the price it is an incredible product.

Rock steady, looks good and highly adjustable. Couple of words of caution. It is stiff at first so be careful when adjusting.and you absolutely have to let the sticky pads go off for at least 5 hours before using. From once you do, it is rock solid. <Update> After a couple of days, it fell off my dashboard but a dab of superglue did the trick and it's not going anywhere.

When opening this item I was pleased with the quality and feel. It is all metal and looks elegant and well made. The magnetic ring seems very strong and is a big improvement on plastic mechanical grip car phone holders. I followed the instructions for installation and did more than it asked, as I cleaned my dashboard with the wipe supplied more that the 10 times advised and waited a good while until it was dry, then as per instructions held it in place longer than advised. I had the unit folded and left it over night (so longer than the 5 hours it suggested.) So now for the cons: Today I got to use it and because it has been a very hot day the metal got very hot to the touch. Which could be a problem if you need to adjust it. Now regarding the adjustment, the joints are very stiff and stays in place and I don't think they will move on their own. I was disappointed to find that this item does NOT have a 360 rotational base as advertised! I think maybe the manufacturers have taken away this feature in new models as a cost cut or failed mechanisms. You can rotate the phone on the magnetic ring itself so can be placed horizontal or vertical. I do like it but time will tell if it will stay in place. So 4 **** for a little misleading features...but build is good.

I got it for my DAP so I could keep it upright when playing music. I can't speak about the adhesive strength as I am not using it but it stands upright just fine without it. The stand itself has a very nice range of motion, which is always a plus. Would certainly buy it again to attach it to other places around the house as little mount points for my DAP!

Why did you choose this product over others?: Looked to be more robust than ones I've tried before. Ease of installation: Would not stick to my dashboard as the surface is textured but fixed solidly to the windscreen. Suction: Great on the windscreen. Value for money: Excellent. Phone hold: Attached ring to the back of phone and the magnet connection is very strong.

magnets are strong, but the trim becomes unstuck during hot weather around 25 degrees. Awaiting manufacturer to resolve, removing from dash could damage dash. ** UPDATE seller has sent replacement to resolve problem, but now 4 months later the joints are lose causing the iphone 15 to wobble whilst driving, awaiting reply from 'syncwire' support.

Changing my initial review from 2 stars to 5 stars. Amazing customer service! They reached out when I had some issues and helped solve the problem. The build of the unit is good, metal construction with a strong magnet. When mounting the unit with the adhesive, it says to leave it for 5 hours. I recommend leaving it for much longer, this is to help ensure that the adhesive is able to stick properly and wont peel off. Great product, works amazing. If any issues reach out to their customer support for help - they are very accommodating.

Es perfecto, de una calidad asombrosa. Realizadas las pruebas, a ver si aguantaba el móbil bien sujeto, tengo de decir que va de perlas. Lo probé en circulación Off Road con la carcasa del teléfono puesto, transitando por caminos de piedras y con desnivel y aguantó perfectamente (sin la carcasa del telefono no tenía dudas, se agarra perfectamente). El giro del soporte va muy bien, en un principio te parece que se vaya a arrancar, pues va muy duro, pero lo giras sin problemas. Eso si, antes de usarlo, y después de pegarlo, lo tuve 24 horas sin usarlo para que pegara bien. Buena compra, sólo falta saber si el imán tiene duración. Eso el tiempo lo dirá.

Fit and finish are as described. Very tough and durable. Not like the cheap plastic ones. This one is the REAL DEAL mount. Look not further for a good MagSafe mount. It holds my phone perfectly. For the money I don’t believe it can be beat. It was so easy to install and you can adjust as needed. Functions flawlessly. Regardless of price it’s high quality. Don’t get any cheap plastic mount that you will have to replace.

Have used all kind so these phone dash stands (magnetic, clamshell, 3M, suction base etc, etc) and this one is very nice. PRO: wanted very minimalist, metal and very adjustable, does this it in all areas. Very well made and all metal. Adjustable in several directions and the rotation base is solid with a very clear click on detents. It is very solid with no wobbles or loose parts, articulating joints are very stiff and seem long term. I put my heavy Z6 fold in a magsafe case on it and zero movement on bumpy roads, magnetic is very strong CON: only one I can see is the 3M adhesive on base which is a common issue with this type, I was able to very easily pull it off after several minutes with hardly any tension. While it does have to cure before use as per instructions it should hold better than that right away. Mine might have been too old or my dash is very rough? It is pretty hit or miss with these I have found. The way I fixed it-( heated up the 3M & the dash with a heat gun and stuck back on, waited till next day), it is now like it is welded on! be surprised if comes off. Nice thing about 3M is you can get the extra strong stuff at any hardware or supply store. BONUS: they include a extra 3M pad, alcohol wipe and a magnetic ring if your phone/case is not magsafe already.
