I got this for my son who is trying to get taller for his football team and for his personal preference for his looks as far as height goes. I recognized that with me and his mother being short that his desire would be challenging to say the least. With me being a supplement enthusiast that's naturally where I turned to for hopefully getting results. And now about three years in this my son has surpassed his genetic limitations IMO. So as you could imagine we are extremely happy about that. But we have a long 5 inches to go to get to his goal. The two things one should know about this is that number one, after about 18 to 20 years of age the bone plates have fused together and it's basically impossible outside of surgery to get any taller. Do not be tricked or fooled by anyone claiming something different with something they are selling. Number 2 is that one can take all the supplements in the world for height growth but without adequate sleep and a good diet free from excess cabs( ice cream/pizza) and regular exercise it's not gonna happen. So laying around playing video games and eating junk food staying up late at night is a sure fire way to make sure a bottle like this does not help. And I am not saying no ice cream or pizza ever,,,, but in moderation. You must consider growth hormone is blunted by carbs ( meaning it does not release). And growth hormone happens at night ( mostly) with an adequate amount of sleep around 8 hours. So as you can see this is mother's natures rules not mine.As far as why I think this is a good product is first off the price. When you consider the dosage and all the ingredients is in one cap and there are 60 caps in this,, I think it's a great deal. If you look at other height supplement products most are twice this price and most do not have any ingredients that I see significantly helping. This however does have some ingredients that I really like. The two big ingredients in this I really like is the Eucommia Bark and the Polygonatum Root Powder. I have been using those two for a couple of years with my son. They both have in studies performed rather well and Farmers found out accidentally with Eucommia Bark that their chickens get taller ! The vitamin D and Calcium in this IMO are great for strong bones of course. I would add to this a good multivitamin and blended amino acid complex. I would also add arginine/citrulline for increased growth hormone. Other ingredients I would add for joint and bone health would be Quadrangularis, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM and Oral Hyaluronic Acid. So yeahhh I like how inexpensive this brand is with the basics ( vitamin d and calcium) as well as two of my favorite hard to come by ingredients previously stated. It's only 1 cap and third party lab tested. With fingers crossed and helping growth hormone do it's thing, this just may help add a few inches possibly more. All 5 stars and the best of luck !

This is the second product my 14yr old has tried. He tried pure Hight before for 60 days and it worked well, but this product seemed like a cleaner product, so we thought we'd see. He has been on it for 45 days, and he has not really felt much in his legs. The other product pure height, he was on for two weeks and complained about his legs all the time and grew each time. So, if he is growing it's every slow and were going back to the other product.

No way to know if this can help your kid grow taller but they won't mind taking it just because the name. It has a good blend of ingredients so there's nothing in it that will cause negative effects .
