E molto gelatinosa ma e perfetta per crostate e biscotti perché tiene la cottura senza liquefarsi ha dentro dei pezzi interi di fragola il sapore e molto buono somiglia ad una marca famosa ma ad un terzo del prezzo. La ricomprerò di sicuro.
