Awesome product! So simple to install. The hardest part is finding a 110 V receptacle to plug it in. Drilled a hole in my ceiling and ran an extension cord down to the wall. Doesn’t look too bad. Works great! Bought to one for me and one for my 94-year-old World War II veteran dad. We can breathe so much better no more allergy problems. A must have for living in the southern states. Kills all the mold in your AC unit also neutralizes odors and smells from cooking and other things in your house.

I am very impressed with this product! I had a mold problem in my home that after the clean-up left me with some respiratory issues. The clean-up went well but every time I entered the area where the clean-up took place, the spores left in the air kept triggering allergy-like reactions. Frustrated, I spoke to my son a Master Plumber, who recommended that I purchased a unit. The results are incredible! After installation, it only took a few hours to noticed the difference in the air that I was breathing!!! Won't ever be w/o one of this ever again! Oh, do not want to forget to mention the great customer service received thru Amazon from this company! All my questions were promptly answered and the product arrived in 2 days!!! Awesomeness!!! You got to have one of these!

This light is very easy to install, adjust and fabricate to be able to mount in tight places. Yes. This light is a stay on only so that is something to consider. It is easy to integrate with the fan it just takes some know how. Where the cord plugs into the bulb is very tight so it makes the cord bend hard against the top mounting bracket. All in all a good product the only thing I wonder about is the quality of the bulbs but we shall see over time. I’ll follow up in a year or if burns out before then. Update after a few months of the light being installed we have noticed a difference in air quality. We went on vacation a few times and because of our three cats it usually smells like a hamster cage when we return but with the light on and the fan schedule set it actually smelt normal when we got home. I would highly recommend this especially for not so handy people. There are better ones out there but for the price and ease of installation this is the best option.

I have to tell you, I’m shocked but this actually worked for me. Cooking odors disappear much faster, generally freshens the house. I know it’s working, because we used to be able to smell our aromatherapy diffuser throughout the house, but now- you can only smell it in the room it’s being used in. Kind of a bummer on that regard, but it tells me it’s working! That “stale” AC smell in our system is totally gone, and at a small fraction of the price as the “name brand” (APCO). If you look closely, the designs are shockingly similar.

I bought 2 of these and BOTH UV lights burned up, as well as, one of the transformers. After installing, we came home to find the whole house smelled heavy with TOXIC fumes on two different occasions. Thank God, the house didn't burn down!!! The company promised to ship me another transformer over a MONTH AGO and after calling and emailing several times, still no transformer. Do NOT BUY this product! Product is FAULTY and company's LACK OF RESPONSE is HORRIBLE!

Very simple installation and it really does a change in air quality. I suffer from allergies and I can notice the difference since I installed this device inside the ac unit. Weather the bulb last longer or not , that’s hard to measure. I’d rather pay what I paid for this device than the amount of money other ac companies were charging me for, over 700 dollars, that’s ridiculous!

I've had this installed for a year now, and I'm going on the 3rd bulb for it. (~$44 a piece) It's awkward to mount inside a furnace duct, I would not trust the magnet alone. I bought a stronger magnet and also drilled/bolted the thing to the ducting. The last thing you want is something to fall and break, short out on something metal etc. Will be looking for a replacement unit of a different brand as I can't see paying ~$100 in bulbs every year. The UV lamps in my air purifiers, and RO system don't go out this often. Sure, maybe these are exposed to moving air/temp. changes, but then they should be listed as 6 month bulb swaps, or sooner. Also, that last bulb started almost sagging, as if the bulbs are getting to warm and causing a shortened life. Seemed to maybe help with smells from a local field but I can buy another air purifier and not worry about this for the amount of money.

I like it. The reason I got this one is because I don’t have much access to drill holes on my furnace frame. But the magnet is not that strong to hold on the thin plates of the furnace. I ended up replacing the magnet with a Home Depot one plus added a extra steel plate on the furnace wall. But overall I think it was easier than drilling big holes.
