So far so good with these socks. Remain cold for a reasonable amount of time, sooth sore feet and ankles. Definitely help.They are quite heavy though and the Velcro strap often comes undone .

I tried this sock out and it was great.The one thing that I found was the gap on the side of the sock couldnt be closed.I would have though the manufacturers would at least enabled the user to close it.Apart from that little niggle, this is a great product. One great thing about it is that the gel stays soft, and keeps cold for a long time. I wore a sock underneath and it was perfect

I put this in the freezer for cold therapy and was a bit apprehensive of whether or not I'd be able to tolerate it. I was really surprised how much it soothed my foot and felt like a 'treat'. Definitely glad I puchased it although it only soothes and temporarily relieves my pain but that's just what I expected.

Comfortable, easy to use, and with an ergonomic design, this foot warp is brilliant!To get the best results from the foot wrap, it needs either freezing or microwaving. I prefer to use mine as a cold foot wrap, and I've found that freezing the foot wrap for a few hours before use ensures its cooling capabilities last a long while.I'm pleased with the quality of the foot wrap. Its materials feel robust and premium, and I found it very comfortable to wear. The foot wrap has the gel pad all around the wrap, which gives it 360° coverage, and the adjustable velcro strap keeps it in place when wearing.For £16.99, I think this foot wrap is good value for money. I'm very happy with mine, and it provides me instant relief when I need it.I'd highly recommend!

Very disappointed with this item. It didn’t stay cool for more than 5 minutes. Rather useless. I sent it back for a refund. Would not recommend at all

The product is as described and does what it says in the description but after being in the freezer all night it stays cold for a Maximum of 7 minutes

A useful bit of kit to have on-hand if, like me, you're prone to ankle injuries i.e. a tennis player!This ankle cooler is easy to put on and wear and the fact that it's a pliable gel and in a material container rather than the standard blue plastic-feeling bags is a huge comfort and gives much more flexibility in the wear. Simply put in the fridge or freezer for a couple of hours and then put on, tightening the velcro strap and ensuring that it isn't on too tightly or uncomfortable. Alternatively, you can heat the pad as detailed on the box and instructions included to improve circulation in the affected area. It has it's own zip-locked bag whilst in the freezer which keeps it clean and sanitary. When frozen it is still pliable so can be manipulated to fit the foot and the velcro tab keeps the 'boot' on your foot. It is so much easier than a bag of peas.Overall, effective pads that help alleviate pain/discomfort and do the job they;re designed to, well. Happy customer.

Purchased for painful constant aching feet and at first it was like heaven but they get warm within minutes. I also brought two because there is only one in the pack. Waste of money just sit with your feet in cold water it will stay cooler longer.

I’m not diabetic or have any health concerns. It’s just summer and my feet are very responsive to the temperature environment I’m in. (They’re like ice cubes in the winter). This sock, 2 minutes on each foot will cool me back down to a comfortable level. It’s squishy and kind of hard to walk in but it’s comfortable. It’s good quality and really stays cold in the freezer.

They are great, love the texture and feel on my foot. Good pressure, they stay cold for about forty minutes to an hour. Only issue is, it doesn't come as a pair. That's a lot of money for two socks!

These get really cold and stay cold. They fit my size 7.5 feet well.
