uxcell 50 Pcs 16.000MHz AT49S 20PF DIP Quartz Crystal Oscillator

I am pretty novice. can someone provide a circuit to generate 16MHz clock using this oscillator?

2 unmarked leads and case ground. How do you connect this item with a 20 pf cap to make an oscillator?

volts? watts? amp?

Does anybody know the Eagle Cad package to use for these in schematic/board design?
