Chaco Men's Lowdown Flip Outdoor Sandal

This flip flop is very comfortable and fits well. The part that goes between the toes does not rub or dig into the toe, my foot feels supported. The shoes are thick enough that I can walk over rocks without feeling them like I would with thinner flip flops. My longest walk with them so far was around a half hour and no problems. Good shoes.

I bought these as a gift. The person who received them is a big Chaco fan, and has really enjoyed them. They look like the photo. They seem to be well made and after wearing them frequently, so far several months in, they’ve held up.

Got these and really wanted to like them. 9 was right length, but strap was too short for my slightly wider and high-arched foot. Even with adjustment maxed, I had to struggle to get my foot into the straps. If you tout yourself as a premium brand you should have 1/2 sizes and wide sizes available so that people can get a good fit.

These run smaller than previous Chacos I have owned, compared to my others a new 10 is more like a 9. These are generally pretty comfortable and of the past Chaco flip flops I have had these seem like they will hold up well. This is the more flexible foot bed that usually does better with all day comfort for me (250+lb). My only real concern is that they feel too small for my feet now.. My three other Chaco flip flops that still have a little life in them and various other full sandal styles are all about a 1/2" longer when compared together. So what I have known a Chaco size 10 to be is now totally different. Even though I ordered a 10 this time the size feels closer to a 9 - 9 1/2 with what showed up.. I'm worried about going all of the way up to an 11 just to get that extra half size they don't offer but I don't like that my heels now extend past the backs of these. The whole point of wearing a shoe/Chaco is protection from the ground and if some of my foot is now exposed it really isn't worthwhile. Is this just Chaco trying to reduce a little less per pair but still charge the same? Reef did the same thing with a pair I recently tried out. - my feet haven't grown and I have always been a very consistent 10 with many brands prior. Otherwise, great look and I know they should hold up decently well.

I bought these as a woman with skinny feet. I'm normally a solid side 9 in women's and, after reading reviews of the women's and men's, bought a men's 8. The women complained that the newest version were too narrow and difficult to get on. The men indicated that you should size up for half sizes and were also tight. I have worn classic Chacos Z/X1s or 2s in a women's 9 regular for years. I'm a tall/fluffy girl with skinny feet and a wider toe box. These are absolutely perfect. Exactly the size and width I wanted. I prefer heavier, more solid soles vs the foamy, lighter ones. These will stay on my list.

These run smaller than previous Chaco sandals, and the top strap was the is aggravating my foot causing blisters/scrapes on top of my foot. Don’t recommend!

Great slippers for both men and women

Inadequate strapping system limit the experience. More for urban use than for long walking or hiking experience.

Son mis primeras sandalias de esta marca, me gustaron mucho. Buen soporte para el arco y buen agarre con el suelo. Tienen una forma particular de ajustarse a la que me costo un poco acostumbrarme, pero después se vuelve muy fácil.
