Bought this to Skype with our daughter in New Zealand. Straightforward to set up & use (the LEDs are a bit bright on the old mince pies). The picture at our end looks OK & there are effects if you want them (sepia, psychedelic, etc). Our daughter says there is a good picture at the other end, but the only let down is that she says there is a sound delay 'echo' at her end, which we didn't get before when using just audio calls.We have ordered another of the same camera for her - this could not be delivered to NZ by the retailer & when it arrived it was black instead of red. When this is in use we will try again & hope the sound problem is resolved.

When I received this web cam I found it no longer requires a driver disc it is just plug and play which I admit was helpful, however once I started to use the web cam all though the picture isn't terrible I found it hard to believe this was a 20 mega pixel cam. also although it states it has a built-in mic I found my friends struggled to here me so I had to plug in a different mic overall the product isn't that bad for cheap money but if your looking for high quality picture and sound I'd recommend spending a bit more cash and going elsewhere

I regret not looking at the reviews before I went ahead and bought this big mistake the camera works great the mic worked for 5 secs and quit on me and took me forver to try and figure it out the LED lights was ok justa bit bright and the web cam kept falling off and ishard to get into a holding postion so avoid this product

Aesthetically it's a decent looking camera and the microphone sounds perfectly fine. Unfortunately the image is grainy and relatively poor, even with turning the 'zoom' there is minimal improvement. But it's a £6 camera and that's what it is worth.But if you're not too bothered about image quality and just want a cheap webcam this is for you, personally I'm going to buy something a little better.

I got it on time. but from the name 20MP 6 LED 20 MegaPixel Web Cam I was wondering why on the box it say 640* 480 pixel ? how they reach to 20 MP then?the led and packaging was ok.

Got this for my laptop. Great picture and sound quality, easy to set up and has led lights. Cracking item and well worth the price. I looked at a few in this price range, this ticks all the boxes

I'm not raving about this product. It does the job I wanted it to do.The photo reproduction is the best of all my webcams, so a plus side to that.

Bought this so could use skype. Not fantastic quality picture - but then what do you expect for the price. Easily adequate and very easy to set up and use.
