I got this when it was on offer at £16.99ish. Great build quality and launches the ball extremely well. I use it for winter rules at my course and it is far superior to those cheap matts you seem to find. It is a bit bulky but I keep it in my bag and I use a trolley so the size and weight doesn't bother me. The weighting is a good thing in my eyes as it keeps the mat on the surface when you strike a shot. Just achieved my PB for a round whilst using this mat. Would recommend to golfers why don't carry their bag

This is the best winter mat I have used. I do feel it is a little pricey but it tis so much easier to strike the ball off, it definitely makes playing on my home course in the poor weather months a lot more enjoyable. Probably the only other thing I would say is that the short rubber tee that comes with it started to shear off after only two rounds. Its not the end of the world as I think replacements could be purchased fairly cheaply elsewhere for this. All in all I am pleased with it. It is heavy so it stays in place on the ground unlike other cheaper lightweight versions. Would recommend but maybe £15 would have been enough to pay?

Indispensable bit of kit for driving range sessions. Many ranges use rubber tees which are either missing or the wrong height. Just throw this mat down and use proper golf tees. Simples! Also very useful if you have a practice net at home.

I bought this purely to practice chipping in the garden, and avoid an uneven lie for the ball and wearing out the grass. It is perfect for what I need. It is robust and seems well made. one review stated that it is quite heavy, this is true, I would n't want to lug it around all the time in a practice bag.There is no strong odour on my mat, as some other reviews mention. The mat is more expensive than others, but it is good quality. thoroughly recommended.
