5 stars because it really does have a lot of power. It will charge multiple phones on one charge. It is quite heavy for the small size, but feels solid and should take a drop. The charging cord as a carry strap is very clever. The battery status is quite helpful to know when it is time to charge (I usually do at 35-40%). Best to charge overnight as it takes a while.If you need something that will charge multiple items, this might be the one to look at. It is vastly superior to the solar charging battery packs in my opinion -they have weaker batteries and the solar panel is a joke (would take a week or more to charge, so you use wall outlet to charge anyway).

It is thicker than it appears on the pictures but it does the job it’s intended for, it may charge my iPhone a couple of times and fast.

Worls great to keep my phone charged up while working doubles at work it travelling. Battery lasts a long time.

I bought this battery specifically to plug into heated gear, a vest to be worn in cold. It fits in the pocket nicely and it ran my vest for 4 hours at a time and I still had 50% power left. So, it did the job.I like that it has multiple ports: 3 USB, a C, a micro and a lightning.I have also used the battery to charge other devices. I find that It charges slower than my INIU or my ANKRThe little pouch that comes with it is slippery inside and "puffy". The string doesn't have a fastener attached so the battery does not stay in the pouch. Not a big deal, but it was annoying enough that I took the string out and replaced it with a longer shoe lace so I could tie it .Would I repurchase? Maybe. I'd probably go through my process of buying such things...I'd read recent reviews and compare price and performance. I did that when shopping for this item and it came out on top, but for me, I'm giving it 90% likable, not 100%

The media could not be loaded. Bought in December of 2022 for back up power for my kids iPad and expected to get a year or two out of it. This pack has gone above and beyond. It’s been dropped, kicked, wet (not soaked) and is still going strong. It gets depleted to 0 and still fully charges 100%. Have not noticed a reduction in capacity. It has all ports for usb, usb-c, lightning and micro usb. I would recommend this power bank to anyone. Just a dad looking to help another parent or person out that’s looking for a quality product.

I received this power bank today and returned it 1 hour later to UPS. The item's slot for the phone cable was cheaply made of inferior plastic. The deal breaker for me was that the power button could not power off. It was pre-charged with 75% when I took it out of the box. Then dropped down to 71% within 5 minutes while I tried powering off. What's the sense of carrying a power bank as a back-up meant to charge my phone when my phone's battery is low if the power bank loses battery life as well since it can't power off. Totally disappointed. I also bought another power bank as a backup since I like to be prepared of the "in case of this scenario". Ditto same issue as this one. Maybe this brand isn't good. I went to Target and bought a Belkin Boost Charge Pro PB 20,000 mah and it totally exceeded my expectations.

I am a HAM radio operator. I needed a battery to power a low-power (called QRP) HAM radio that transmits at 5 Watts. When I received this battery, it had an initial charge of 70%. I did not charge it at all, and I've used this for over 40 hours, at about 2 hour intervals, and it is still charged at 54%!!! No, I didn't do the math, but this thing has been very reliable for me and does exactly what I need! I noticed that the red port is capable of delivering 12 volts (which is what I needed), and I get this by using a 12v trigger cable (sold separately), but even at 12 volts this battery has provided me three full weeks of daily-use and still has enough power to give me 12 volts for about another six to eight weeks in my current use-case! The handle is actually a USB cable (I didn't realize that when I bought it!) and this is one small package to give me so much use for so long! Do your own math, as you probably have your own amp-draw and voltage needs, and go watch a couple of video reviews of this battery! It is well-known in the HAM radio community and is a great investment!!!

I have to say I have had no problems with this battery bank till a week ago I noticed that the shape of the pack started to warp into an oval shape instead of being slim and flat as usual. A couple of days ago I noticed the battery expanded and exploded the encasement. Now it doesn't hold a charge or charge. For two years it's been reliable, charging phones ipads and portable routers by itself or concurrently without an issue. My phone charged rapidly. Sad to say I'm going to throw it out, but wanted to write this review for anyone debating whether to get this or not, knowing it may break down on you after a couple years. Now I have to buy another power bank. I wonder if I spent more money on another brand of it would have lasted longer?
