Sorted my Tennis Elbow!
I bought these to help with a really painful bout of Tennis elbow and have found them to be great value for money and super alternative to the much more expensive Theraband Flexbars. Within a week or so of regular use the pain which had been keeping me awake at night had virtually completely disappeared and i was able to resume weight training in the gym.Quality wise they have kept their shape really well and the 3 different resistant levels have allowed progression.

Simple but effective
I have been suffering from tennis elbow on one arm and golfers elbow on the other. These have helped to strengthen the tendons which has eased the pain.I haven't progressed to the stronger one yet so good to have as I progress.

Excellent for tennis or golfers elbow.
I bought these to help with my tennis elbow issue. I found them very useful in replicating the concentric and eccentric loading exercises as directed by my physio. An overall good and well priced product.

I’m glad I got the four pack
These are great for me in terms of building forearm, wrist and hand strength. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I’m using these to help regain strength I have lost. I’m glad I decided to get the pack of four different strengths because I need to change the strength depending on which exercise I want to do.There is a downloadable pdf which contains instructions for different exercises. You need to scroll through other pieces of equipment to find these bars.
