The media could not be loaded. I’ve suffered for awhile with PF and bought a few things here and there like arch support inserts. This is a great and affordable way to find what works best. The compression socks and arch support bands have been the most helpful for me so far. 2 days in and after sleeping in the compression socks, I’m finding my heels aren’t aching so much first thing in the morning.

Easy to use , great for support of heel

This kit was effective especially the support socks which alone are usually more than whats paid for the entire set. The massage ball is also excellent quality and is very durable and works well with practice. Each item is useful and worth the value.

My daughter bought these for me. As I am suffering from very painful plantar fascitis. Her intentions where very good. But the Elastic compression socks are so tight it's painful. The Arch supports are ok served a purpose also very hard, But that's expected they're brand New..But the stockings there's no way I can see them loosening out. The ball is great to relif pain short term, As are the rubber shock absorbers. I'd advise put talc on them 1st as they get very sticky & cause sweat & in turn soreness.

I suffer from plantar fascitis and this kit has been amazing. It's good that it comes with socks and inserts for both feet (nurse said I need to wear on both even though I only have plantar fascitis in one foot). They are very comfy to wear with my normal trainers and flip flops! The ball is really handy to give a deep massage too. They are compression but not too tight so fit perfectly and I feel I have more support and stability when wearing them. I noticed a difference after one week of constant use

There are various items in this product that work in different ways, but it has helped, especially the heel pad, but as I said all of it is helpful and useful

After suffering for weeks I had to try something - came across this set and saw all the great reviews and ordered it.I am absolutely amazed!! Tonight is the first night in 7 weeks that I’ve got NO pain in my heels !The items only arrived today, I immediately put the gel heel cushions on and felt immediate relief! Later I put on the support socks and I can honestly say that after an hour the pain had gone!Took them off and tried the massage ball- the spikes are pretty hard but I could literally feel the tension under my feet releasing with every roll !I’m so happy I might even buy another set to keep as a spareEverything in the pack is robust - and look like they’ll last a long timeI found the arch supports a little uncomfortable but other than those everything else Is wonderful !!I’m not saying it’s cured me, but just to be able to walk without severe pain Is heaven**update, day 2 / I have woken with a lot less pain than normal,gone about my normal daily duties and I cannot believe that tonight I have AbSOLUTELY NO PAIN!! Honestly I’m over the moon :)
