I got this because I read about the benefits, including cellular function, and it also aids in digestion. It does help detox your liver as well, and I like full body detoxing from time to time just because of all of the additive junk in food etc. I have not had any adverse side effects; it does seem to help with digestion from what I've noticed, and I like the cellular function boost.

I mainly got this for the neuroprotective effects that this stuff, which are evidently good though the main benefits seem to be liver detoxification, which make sense with a bile product. The main problem with this is that you'd think that a chewable tablet would taste somewhat good, but it has a horrible bitter flavor and should not be chewed. I Made that mistake for y'all. Even when you swallow it whole, however, you still get a little taste of it. THis really should be a gel cap.This is also pretty expensive costing $.80 per tablet. If it were immediately beneficial, I could see it being worth it but it's hard to tell if it's doing anything, which is the rub on the long-term supplements. It didn't hurt at least.

While I can't say I have noticed any immediate affects, I am taking them to see if my bloodwork changes any over the next few months. I had elevated LFT's on my last lab test for an unknown reason so I am curious if it changes after taking these. These are made in the USA and at a FDA-inspected facility, so that's a major plus.

If bitterness is actually an indication of legit tudca, these are bitter. I don't put a lot of stock in that because people who are out to sell bogus tudca can just use a bitter tasting filler I suppose. It comes with a lab tested guarantee, though it is a little pricey. My only complaint is that the bottle is twice the size it needs to be, but it came with 61 capsules, one over the stated quantity. Works awesome. Love this supplement so much. You can tell that it is what it says it is because you can sense the bitterness by smell and slight taste. If you didn’t have that then it would not be the good quality that it is.
