It works for all 2 stroke engines

Will this work for a 1969 Vespa Spint 150? 2% correct?

Best oil you can use. I am using it in a 1977 vespa rallie.

Is this the oil you mix with your gas to put in your 2 stroke engine ?

Yes. However the this particular oil is recommended for oil injected two strokes. That said it can still be used to manually mix your gas and oil
