Collagen can help you. Not these. I bought these at costco and have had several outbreaks like itchy hives all over my body after taking it. I stopped taking it and the next day they where gone. Ive taken collagen from other suppliers and it has never bothered me. This collegen I belive (and from reading other reviews) is of very low quality. Its also not grass fed or organic so who knows what kind of Pestisides and Hormones your getting. Good luck

You are the optimal age to start taking collagen supplements. I am 37 and after researching about anti-aging supplements, I have learned that after the age of 29, we lose about 1% of collagen per year. So the earlier you start, the more you will maintain the collagen you have...slowing down the aging process. Ironically you won't really "see" results since you have nothing to compare it with when it's anti-aging. I started taking it when noticing hair loss after my baby and also wrinkles due to age. I felt that my skin is more hydrated and my hair feels thicker and smoother. There is A LOT more to it than just collagen though if you only want it for hair. About four months post-partum, I started losing my hair because of the hormonal change and I freaked out! I changed my nutrition, exercise, sleep, and minimized stress, and kept taking my prenatal vitamins which helped.
