Man these are great! I've spent way too much money trying to find a pair of underwear that fits well and keeps things where I want them without feeling like I'm in a vice or feeling like I'm wearing some weird kink underwear. I was skeptical because I've tried about every pouch underwear on the market, but these are amazing. If you have low hangers like me, these are for you. I'd say average is between B and C. If you want a more snug fit for gym or more active work, then I'd go with a B, but if you want a little more room to hang, then go with a C. These keep everything lifted comfortably, there's no hard seam edge digging into the underside of my sack from the pouch, there's enough room horizontally that everything can shift around comfortably as I move around. They're just great. I can't speak to durability or anything, but the fabric (modal) feels really nice on the skin, it breathes well. Hope these last!

These like my other styles and type of Real Men’s Apparel underwear, come through with comfort and support. The pouch holds you by your shape and design comfortably. Don’t go straight to pouch “D” due to your pride unless your design is just that. I find a slightly more snug fit to be the most comfortable. These unlike the other modal 7” boxer brief I bought with the horizontal fly, have a more distinct seam right down the front. This hopefully does become an irritation as some other brands in the past have. I am in my mid-sixties and as the twins hang more then they use to, these give me the support I needed. They are soft and seem to ride just right. I haven’t had any waistline issues. I do wear skinny Levi’s as I am a slim guy. They can as you put on your pants roll up a bit, but with a quick arrangement, they stay in place. Also my doctor commented at my physical that they looked supportive. If you’re looking and reading this, get a set and see. I think you’ll like them. Regular wash and line dry to keep them good. Enjoy.

I think these are the best product they sell. The pouch holds everything in place. The fabric is light and breathable. And they look great. Definitely a going to buy again.

Excellent. 35.5 waist. Large is barely snug. Why don't they sell unicolor packs? I like black. Not cyan or grey. I would buy 8 packs of black.

Game-changer is really an overused adjective. But I've got to admit, it does apply here. Very possibly the best underwear I've ever purchase. Let me tell you why. Then let me give you some advice about buying the right size, because it can be tricky (but once you get it right - you won't wear anything else). Imagine putting on your underwear, except it feels like putting on something custom made for you. The Modal conforms to your body the way it should - snug, but comfortably so. I tend to wait bottoms low on the waste, which can create rolling waist bands. But these rode perfectly and generally do not need adjusted. The V-Fly is really superior and makes things super easy to get too. The Pouch is the star and absolute perfection. You drop right into a blend of great support, isolation and if desired, a nice (not obnoxious) amount of visual enhancement. I've only run them through one wash and dry cycle, but they laundered really well and there's no indication they won't continue so. Now here's the advice on sizing.... If you are close to the next size down as far as waistband, go with the smaller size. You're going to be balancing the Pouch's ability to hold you with the structural tension of the whole pair's size. And in my opinion, you need the tension to make the Pouch function optimally. And probably more importantly, don't let your ego pick your Pouch size LOL. When in doubt, again, go one size down if you're not totally sure you can fill out a Pickleball's or Softball's worth of space. Again in my opinion, you want to err on the side of snug if you want any support or visual enhancement. And Modal stretches a tiny bit during the day. Get the sizing right and you'll want them on every day of the week, in every situation. Big credit to Real Men for cracking the code on this style of men's underwear.

So, the reviews are real! Been looking for a comfortable pair of underwear and was apprehensive to get these but they true feel like you're going cammando, in the best way. The pouch provides ample support without being constricting and the fabric is lightweight and soft. Will buy more. My only feedback is to sell basic colors (black, grey, blue) in a multi pack of the same color.

For the most part very pleased, however the legs tend to “ride up” rather than stay in place.

Guys - I never write product reviews but I needed to for this product. Wow, they are perfect! A total game changer for me. Not to get too personal, but my junk is always in my way when working out and just walking around. These briefs have solved that problem and are so comfortable. I was skeptical because I have tried other brands with the ball pouch and they did nothing. I got the C cup pouch and they lift and separate while keeping everything contained all day long (I have even been wearing them to bed.) I wear a 32” waist and got the medium, and the sizing was spot on. Also my girlfriend has definitely noticed the boost. I find the fly design to be much more functional than other briefs. I already ordered more!

Weder auf den Hosen, noch auf der Tüte findet sich ein Hinweis auf die Beutelgröße. Die erhaltenen Hosen sind jedenfalls kleiner als das, was von den Bildern suggeriert wird. Mangels einer Größenangabe auf der Ware kann ich auch nicht beweisen, was ich behaupte. Rückgabe nicht möglich. Ich rate vom Kauf dieser Größen-Wundertüte ab.
