Ton of value with this unit. Will be my second charger. Have one at my office and one at work now. With a hybrid and an EV I can now charge at both locations. I would buy it again.

The Level 2 EV Charger by TESSAN, is well-made, high performing charger, with all the features and capabilities you should need, but lacks a screen for info. Let’s take a closer look at what may or may not make this a good choice for your situation.I. Quality – The charger looks and feels like a well-made charger, with thick cables and a strong build. I’d put the overall quality in the lower side of the upper tier of the quality scale for at hove EV chargers and guess that it should hold up well over time.II. Performance – This one has worked great in many ways. It offers a very high 40-amp capability, that’s among the higher end of what’s available for at home chargers currently. It lacks any screen for information like charge rate, length of charge or kWh used. However, I rarely use these screen anyways and especially after it becomes routine. It has multiple different safety features, for added piece of mind. The 25-foot cable is on the longer end of what’s available and great to have if you can’t park next to the charger. Keep in mind that this one will need to be plugged into a NEMA 14-50 outlet that needs to be on a dedicated 50A breaker.Overall, this is a fantastic option that offers a high charging ability, with quality, convenience and most of the features you can currently get. Installation was pretty straightforward, but I already have an 240v outlet in my garage. This charger is fast! It delivers up to 40 amps, which means my car is fully charged in just a few hours. This is a huge improvement over the standard Level 1 charger I used before, which took all night for a full charge. The 25ft cable is very flexible. And it comes with a wall holder for the charging gun. It is a little pricy, but well worth it.
