Pretty good almond flour at a good price though I was expecting a less superfine grind. Still it works.

I really like Almond Flour, but it is difficult to learn how to incorporate it into regular flour. I have dusted pork chops with it, but they need to be dipped in some liquid prior to dusting so the flour will stick. I have also used it in a pie recipe that makes it's own crust. It is excellent in that pie recipe. It makes food taste great and is healthy because it is ground almonds. I try to incorporate it where it will enhance food, so try something new and experiment with it.

I'm doing keto cooking and I use almond flour and flax seed. I prefer this brand of almond flour. It works great if you add an extra flour to it.
