Luggage Set Spinner Hard Shell Suitcase Lightweight Carry On - 3 Piece (20" 24" 28") (GG4)

Beautiful luggage set. But it lasted less than 3 monrhs. The large suitcasie was used for 2 trips, once on a flight and this second time on a road trip, now it is cracked at the wheel. This has happened with no trauma involved. This was first noticed at the hotel yesterday. Upon leaving out of the hotel we had a problem rolling the bag. Please refer to attached photos.

I bought these in June of 2018 and as of February I can’t use the big one at all. I did not travel much in 2019 so maybe used the suitcase for 10 trips. I recently flew and when my suitcase came out it was missing a wheel. After further research found out the wheel and part of the hard cover suitcase was off. Then I went on a cruise and by the time the luggage got to my room a second wheel had come off. I would not recommend this suitcase.It was ice to have two sides to pack the suitcase with and it did wheel very well upright.

This broke and cracked after the first trip I took it on, design is great but materials are poor, for the price I should have known, if you are not taking it on a plane and are just using it for ground travel where you handle it I think it would be great

Large one broke after first international trip. They are not very sturdy and are not expandable.

My first grown up set of luggage. I love the style, and the combination lock feature! I recently traveled with this set to Austin and I cant wait til our trip next month to use it again.

They don't stand behind their product. I sent an email via amazon letting them know that my luggage had torn apart and no one even responded. The materials cracked and the wheel fell off. Unacceptable and I will not order from them again!

1st time using July 18th the wheel broke off...so disappointed
