Helpful, but instructions could be better. I used it for neck pain but I am not sure of how to use it correctly. More description could have been useful for first time users.

I am a very active senior adult male. Swimming, Biking, Gym. For the first time in my life, I had a major sciatica flareup in my right hip. My MD started me on the road to recovery which included Yoga 50 minutes each day with a focus on hips, core and back. 20 minutes using the TENS unit and 15 minutes of the hearing pad. The TENS unit seemed to help the most in my program. This unit was easy to use. The manual was very clear. As I eased back into woodland hiking in fall, after long hikes, I did a second 20 minute with t heth TENS unit. Felt great after just 2 weeks and I am continuing withthe yoga and the TENS unit.

Great unit-frequency isn't as strong as in PT office, but I wouldn't expect it to be. Works great and happy with purchase. Highly recommend!

Overall fine for the inexpensive price. It is easy to use. However, no where does it say that the programs only last for 20 minutes max. This is not a safety issue. I have been using TENS units for over 30 years, and this is the first machine that has had this time limit. However, my previous machines were by prescription before you could buy a TENS over the counter

The pads are still sticky and I use it every day. Appears to be a high quality product.
