Highly recommend. Make sure to choose the unscented one if you have any fragrance issues. This lightened my time of the month almost immediately. I'm shocked with the results and can't recommend it enough.

I rub the amount of cream on that the jar suggested and I only have maybe two to three hot flashes a day. It’s better than the capsules product you can buy over the counter. One jar lasted me about 6 months. Great product!

I just received this cream and was eager to test. The purpose of my purchase was looking to balance hormones due to perimenopause. I was pleasantly surprised by the creamy texture and beautiful scent. My hands are so soft after using. Wonderful packaging and high quality. Will update with performance after a month.

I am half way through the jar. The smell is very mild - just a natural scent. I feel like everything that I have heard that wild yam cream should help me with, it has. Menopausal symptoms are at a minimum.

If this helps the menopause symptoms, I may be able to stomach the smell. It really is not pleasant but to each his own. I'm still going to try it.

I love the smell of this, I love the feel of this cream. I do believe this product caused my period to be really wacky. It was longer and went back and forth between spottying to bleeding way more than I would have expected.

I am menopausal and have dryness in you know where. After using it for only 2 days, my v***** is wet already. Great product and value for your money. It doesn't smell great when you open the jar, but once you apply it to your skin, it actually smells pretty pleasant.
