I purchased this THZ device three and a half months ago, and it is a persistent disappointment. At the time of my purchase it would have been rated at four stars or higher, or I would not have bought it. The parts do not screw together tightly, and because of that the wand has come apart and fallen several times. I don’t even know whether it is still functional. It blows, it emits light, but is it doing anything? Buyers who give it two stars are overrating it. I’ve been suckered.

I purchased this item and a 2-year protection plan a little over a year in the cord is not working I called to have it replaced within protection plan time frame the seller nor Amazon is honoring it
