Works well with the correct adapters
Used to measure the mains pressure in the kitchen and the upstairs pressure at the shower. I was lucky in that I had adapters that fitted the kitchen tap. After taking off the shower head, I was able to screw the gauge on with the adapters provided. Measured the pressure accurately had helped identify the problem.

Its okay but leaks but good value i guess..
Really not sure about this one. Felt a three star was fair as it leaked like a sieve unless tightened with a wrench. The accuracy seemed fairly consistent but did vary a little. I would not want to put off unduly as its good value and did the job but wish I had paid a bit more for better quality

Did the job for me
I had to buy it as my washing machine's filter & water softener cracked vertically after 3 days of installation flooding my basement. The filter was up to 4 Bar pressure and the seller advised that I must have too high pressure at rented house. I checked and indeed it was 4.1 bar and jumping up to 5.5 bar when taps were open (a weak filter that does not withstand slightly higher than advertised pressure just as a percussion). I got another Italian made filter that has operational pressure 6 bar and burst pressure 25 bar and so far it's all good = no leaks! I also found out we had another gauge installed on the system and it's was also showing jsut above 4 bars so this tester appears to be pretty accurate.

Ideal for home use and finding problems
Two things you need to know when diagnosing problems with heating/hot water in your house. Flow rate and pressure and although this only measures pressure it is invaluable in helping find a resolve a problem. Well worth the money and a nice piece of kit. Occupies pride of place in my toolkit.
