I spent 43 days slowly moving to my new apartment with help off and on. My mid back would feel like it was breaking after a few hours of packing and lifting. This back brace caused less shoulder pain the previous braces and supported me through longer hrs of work. When I took it off at my new home in the evening my back would scream in pain due to the lack of support. It was a relief to hurt less when I was working.My shoulders, mid back and lower back were all supported when I wore it.

it said a small fit up to 33 inch waist. I have a 30 inch waist and it’s too small. I would like to exchange it for a medium, but I don’t know how to do it.

Works really good. The keels really make it strong enough to keep your back straight. It's been a lifesaver for my back and shoulders, helping me maintain a proper posture and easing my discomfort. The breathable mesh material is super comfortable and not stuffy at all. The adjustable design is a great touch, and the shoulder strap clip means no more armpit pain. It’s also helped me feel taller and more confident. Highly recommend! But you might want to choose a bigger size than the one shown on the size chart.

It does help with back but it runs smaller so always buy a size larger. With larger size you should not have problems with wrapping under your arms.

Like the back support. Difficult to get arms into shoulder straps when threaded in back. So I just don't thread them and it works pretty well. It slides up and I need to adjust but my old one did too. It works.

This is a good product, has received goods for a few days, received the day, the child can not wait to put it on, put on immediately feel a lot of straight, after a few days of trying, now even after pushing down will be more straight than before, will continue to use, looking forward to better results!
