Everything from creation nation is amazing and thus is one of my favorites! So many things to love about these bars-First- I love the clean ingredients. With this brand I know there’s nothing processed, no refined sugars and no preservatives, unlike other packaged energy bars that are full of additives and junk.Second- I can customize the additional ingredients and control my sugar intake. I usually just add coconut oil, mashed banana and applesauce to this mix and it’s DELICIOUS! High protein and low sugar. If I want to make them more decadent I add some nut butter and honey and it’s like eating dessert. I’m a nursing mom so this mix is especially good for energy, protein and milk production postpartum.Third- I love the ease and value of these bars. Super quick to make and it’s a fun activity to do with my 4 year old. It beats buying expensive prepackaged bars and it’s also more eco friendly than those individual wrapped bars, not to mention more fresh. These last up to 2 weeks in the fridge but in my family they go fast because they taste so darn good- we fight over them!Stop buying processed bars and start making your own with this amazing product by Creation Nation!

I was so surprised how quick and easy it was. Literally took less than 1 min. Mixed with almond butter and coconut milk and used a fork to stir and voila. You get a great feeling of satisfaction from making these and I’m thinking of bringing them in to worn tomorrow as home made baked goods. I can already see people being like “wow”. Finally these are super clean tasting, they actually taste home made. Crazy the difference when you try something that’s clean and realize the difference.

Love this product! PB&J sandwiches has always been my comfort food, but hav a lot of calories. Now the quilt and calories are gone now that I have this to replace my late night snack with Creation Nations' protein bar mix. I make them in balls and just snack away. I now take them to my office for a morning snack. LOVE these and so easy to make.

These were absolutely delicious. Soft and moist and I use the option for no added sweetness but they were still plenty sweet and flavorful! Will definitely buy again!
