SERWALL Outdoor HDPE Dining Table Set, 7-Piece Outdoor Dining Table Sets with Umbrella Hole Cut-Out Table and 6 Chairs, Gray

We ordered this set for a refresh for our patio before a graduation party.It was delivered in different shipments, I had one chair, two days later the table and a day later, three chairs. I got nervous about the shipment being lost, amazon said it had been delivered after I got the first chair. When I reached out to the company, they said it was shipped and would be there at different times. I just wish Amazon didn't show it as delivered before it was all delivered...Aside from the shipping confusion - this is a great product. My husband (who has put together a ton of stuff over the years) said it was the best marked, easiest to understand thing that he has ever put together. After chair #1, he switched to his own tools, but it was easy to do with what had been provided.In fact. we ordered Serwall brand because I received a bench seat as a gift and my 17 year old daughter put it together all by herself, with nothing but what was included. The bench is sturdy and cleans easily.I can't yet speak to durability, but the pieces are sturdy and comfortable. Color is what was expected (gray).I will definitely be buying another piece soon.VA, USA

So Fed Ex delivered the set I ordered to the wrong house (a couple hours away from where I live) and then it was stolen. This company has great customer service and they offered me a refund immediately. I really wanted the set but it was now out of stock. I said I would wait and this company kept me up to date and let me know when it shipped. We got it put together and it is great! Very sturdy, heavy and weatherproof. I highly recommend this product and company! I would give them 10 stars!

I purchased the blue 7 piece. Most of the reviews seem pretty accurate. Seems very sturdy and well made. Stainless steel hardware. The chair slats to sit on do have some flex, but not enough to seem problematic for my use. It just feels like a little cushion/flex in the seating instead of like sitting on hardwood that has 0 flex. The table took about 20-30 minutes to unbox and put together. The chairs were about 30 minutes each when using my own drill and socket wrench set to speed it up. The first chair was about 45 minutes and the subsequent ones were about 25-30 minutes. I feel like this will be outdoor furniture that I could still be sitting at in 20 years.

We love our table and chairs, is just what we needed in our patio.We got the black set and it looks very nice in our backyard.Also customer service is very helpful and responsive. I will definitely buy from them again

Enjoying this new set. The material is comparable to composite decking. Seems quite durable. The blue color is beautiful. Definitely use a drill with an Allen wrench bit to assemble. Assembly is pretty straightforward.

These feel like excellent quality! It is the same feel and density of our Trex decking. Same color too! Surprising! They look good. They are a bit wide, which is good for our 'big guys', but the width makes them sag a little in the middle, just like our decking material would do as well. I will cut a piece of wood to place as a support under the seat as 2 of our guys in the family are over 200 pounds. I do imagine these will last 20 years outdoors. I am actually thrilled with them, especially once I add a support beam under the seats.The instructions were labeled well. Sometimes the alignment of holes was a little off, but it worked out. You have to add pressure to install some of the screws as you are screwign into 'trex' that has no hole in it. It took me at least 45 minutes or more to assemble the 1st chair. I had bought 2, but am considering ordering more.

I Purchased from Serwall 2 rocking chairs, 2 chaise lounges, 3 tall Adirondack chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs and a 6 person table with chairs. These are my pool and Gazebo outdoor aera. The original outdoor furniture we purchased did not live up to product promises. Recently went on Spring Break to the beach and ran across the commercial version of this product and when speaking to the owners or managers of the different establishments they all said this was some of the best furniture they ever had. The HDPE is great, obviously a great product that once you handle it you know it will last forever. It's heavy which is actually a great thing because you know it will last. The instructions are very good for assembly. Because of the weight I quickly learned not to try and carry it around back. I ended doing all the assembly in the garage which worked out great then carried each piece to the back and the pool area. The only piece I needed help with moving was the table which was obvious. I loved the color we got and all the pieces for what we need. I am looking forward to using this furniture for a very long time and basically maintenace free, just needs washed off as needed.
