I will say this after using these I noticed the significant improvement in my health. They’re perfect if you have any vitamin deficiencies or live an active lifestyle. They’re just right, not too big to swallow and they’re not too small to lose if they’re dropped. They’re kind of in the middle. But if they are too big for you, I suggest getting a pill grinder.

Has been my go-to for many years! Seems to be a decent value. No noticeable taste, at least not one that is negative anyway. They smell of vitamins, and have a bit of a rougher texture than I'd like but as far as how I'm feeling when I'm using these, I noticed that I am less likely to get cramps or maybe feel slightly more alert. Don't expect miracles but it does it's job rather effectively.

These are okay, tastes isn’t too bad, pills are a little large but easy enough to get down. I have found the animal packs seem to give me more of what I am looking for.

My husband has been taking it for a week and half. He definitely has more energy and feeling better health wise.

I recommend Mega Men for everybody.
