Fantasy Landscapes in Watercolour (Fantasy Art)

This book does not have as much variety, but the few that it has, I found very helpful and intersting. I have just got into watercolour and I have taken some of the advice and applied it to my own work. I found this book very intersting and helpful. Just wish they had a couple moe more examples, still a good buy.

if your new to fantasy art this is a great book, and shows you in great detail what to do.

a little disappointed as I didn't realise this was a watercolour book, but that was my fault, still worth 4 stars though good delivery time.

A present that appeared to appreciated

A beautifully illustrated book. Lots of ideas and also a lot of information on 'how to' as well. The ideas just keep coming.....

Really helpful for my art, gives lots of ideas

A small book, it must be noted. There is a nice reference to colour for example cadmium yellow and many others. The book talks of perspective, mood, atmosphere and finally goes into depth with how to paint various images such as a mountain cave. Each screenshot provided shows techniques to applying paint with a detailed hand. The artwork is quite decent.Overall a short but concise book. It would have been nice to have more pages and information.
