We used these for our legally blind father. We placed some on his microwave buttons - stop, start and 30 seconds. We added them to his touch lamp over the on and off buttons which were somewhat flat. Finally, I had to use some super glue but added them to his TV remote, volume up and down, mute and power. He really liked them and was grateful for one less thing making his life hard. The glue was needed because of the material the remote buttons are made of, the original adhesive on the dots just would not stay on especially with him bumbling around trying to find them. They have stayed on for months now. Definitely try them especially for vision impaired, anything to help them can be a huge deal.

Over the last year my eye sight has been getting worse. It is difficult to see things if there is no contrast such as the buttons on the microwave and TV remote. These bump dots have solved that problem for me. I put them on the buttons I use most. I can figure out the rest if I need to. They stick well but can be removed easily if needed. These have saved me so much frustration. I no longer need to have a flashlight and magnifying glass close by. I am so glad I ordered these.

Could stick better. Make sure your surface is clean. Other than that they work well and the different sizes/shapes are helpful. My husband is blind and these help him navigate the appliances.

Bought this for a blind relative who moved into a new place. Things like the microwave and washing machines were difficult to operate without a tactile reference. This has helped them gain their independence back. Would purchase again 100%

I bought these for my mother who is visually impaired. I've been using stick on rhinestones on the microwave buttons but they didn't stay on the buttons. I used the white squares on the buttons and they haven't moved at all. My mother can find the buttons without help from me. I wish I had bought these a lot sooner. I'll probably add some of the other buttons on her TV remote. She sits very close to the TV to listen to her shows. I am very pleased with these bump dots.

These work well and stay in place. I bought these for my mom, who is blind. She used them on her answering machine, phone, stove, microwave, toaster oven and washer and dryer!
