Solid
This unit is high-quality. It’s built with heavy materials and I can see it lasting a long time. All the parts were there and packaged very well. I just finished assembly - it took me about 4 hours doing it alone. It was pretty straightforward, and the assembly manual is good. I tried the app, but the manual was better for me. EVERY SCREW HOLE LINED UP PERFECTLY!!!!! Can’t wait to cook on it. I’ll try to remember to update afterward.Update: The family couldn't wait. I went ahead and started a fire with some old charcoal briquettes to burn it in, let that burn down, and lit up some Jealous Devil lump charcoal (available on Amazon) with a few red oak splits and got to cooking. I am loving this grill!!

Well worth it
This thing is awesome. It is well worth the price. It is very well made - super good quality material. It isn't that hard to build either. You definitely want a power drill though. It is way too hard to do manually. You will want a second person to help with flipping it over when needed. It is heavy. The wheel works smoothly and the grate is thick and excellent quality.

Red Oak, Hickory or Peach. Get a 1/4 Cord of Wood.
I have cooked outdoors with propane, gas, a Traeger smoker, and a Weber Kettle. This Argentinian Santa Maria Grill tops them all. Mind you, it’s not quick and easy. It takes 45 minutes, just to turn your wood into hot coals and be ready for cooking. But it’s a labor of love. And if you enjoy meal prep with a beer in one hand & tending a fire with the other this is the grill for you. It’s the size of a Volkswagen and 300 lbs, so be sure to invite a friend to help you assemble. You can cook for two, or for 20. Tri-tip, salmon fillet, chicken, wings, cheeseburgers. We’ve done all in the first three days. I love it. Just buy one.

Hey Grilllll heyyyyy
Alright… this thing is the best grill I’ve ever had. Keep in mind, you can use BOTH Wood and Charcoal. The thing is built tough for sure.Be sure to follow the directions when putting it together.Takes a little getting used to, I overcooked some steaks the first time, so I gave those particular ones to my in-laws and I ate the good ones.

Fantastic quality
This may be the best prefabricated piece I have ever assembled. 3 hrs to build and I never cussed once. Seriously, that is unheard of. The few negative reviews are silly considering the fact they don’t acknowledge the fantastic warranty that comes with this beast.

Very well built
This grill exceeded my expectations! Every part is what I would call "heavy duty". and easy to put together. There are alot of parts, but the step by step instructions made it simple. Everything works as advertised!

This thing rules just buy it
Bought it after going down the grilling rabbit hole. You should use 2 people to set it up but a motivated person can do it solo (I really was excited).Quality is surprisingly very good. I’ve had it for 5 months now and love it.If you’re not familiar with it check out Al Frugoni on YouTube to get smart on how to use them. It’s very different than traditional grills but so much fun to use.Necessary? Absolutely not. Fun? More fun than you can imagine.Brats, Picanhas, ribs, etc are just better on it. If you have the space and don’t mind an expensive impulse buy just get it
