Florence Nightingale (Ways Into History)

This is a great history book. Brought during lockdown for my son in year 2 for his history topic he has loved it

This is a lovely book with just the right amount of pictures and the right amount of text to catch readers of all abilities while teaching key stage 1 history. Short paragraphs each containing one or two facts so even those children who just dip in and out will learn something. Will be purchasing a couple more copies for the school library so that the children can use them for homework too

This book helped my daughter find out more about the life of Florence Nightingale for school. She is in Year 2.
