Great quality and a good variety of bands based on their resistance power. My entire family got interested in using it. A good way to exercise at home without getting bored. You can use two or three bands at the same time attaching them all together to the handles if you want a hard work out. Illustrated exercise guide would help but it's easy to find this information online.
