So it's not ready to go from the package, you do need ink. But most of the time the ink in these kits isn't worth anything more than a practice run. I say this like I'm a pro, I'm not. I'm not even artistic. I just like these tattoo kits to pretend I'm ever going to give someone a real tattoo. So take my review with a grain of salt, because I'm not a pro, and I'll never put one on myself by myself, because I can't even draw a stick figure.

No ink included, was kind of bummed at first but wasn't a deal breaker.This pen is lightweight and comfortable to hold. It is very easy to adjust the settings for different strokes.There are a variety of single use needles included as well.

This is a nice beginner set. It comes in a neat little bag to hold everything and has most of what you need to get started. Definitely not a set id recommend to use on people as it's meant for practice more but you do you.

EZ tattoo kitAs a tattoo kit, this kit is somewhat lacking. The kit has a decent selection of needles … but they are all single needle liners. ( 6 1 RL , 8 1 RL, 10 1 RL. and 12 1 RL ) There are no shaders or mags to assist with color packing or shading. The kit provides no ink! - How are you supposed to practice without any ink? The batteries are nice and slim and capable of a range from 3-10 volts. I find the side button interface makes it easier to pause than batteries that have the power button on the top of the battery. The kit also includes an RCA adapter to allow the machine to be run with more traditional power supply and foot pedal (NOT INCLUDED), which I personally feel is an easier less complicated, way to run the machine. The kit includes a very thin tattoo practice skin with a face feature to it; a nice change from the norm, which can be helpful for practicing permanent make up or facial tattoos. - ( I would recommend placing it on top of a thicker 3mm skin, or some type of thick pad, in order to prevent damage to your needle, your machine, and the surface the skin is lying on.) The tattoo machine itself is a nice machine. It is quiet, works well, and is thin and almost similar to a thick marker in diameter , so it should make for I nice easy transition for those just starting on the tattoo path. Light but powerful.

This Lola Air Pro tattoo pen machine comes in a attractive red color with a nice set of accessories in this good kit. First of all, this pen is fantastic both lightweight and comfortable to hold for an extended period. The pen is easy to adjust to whichever of the six strokes is desired for doing permanent makeup or small tattoos. The pen is very smooth and fairly quiet. The battery lasts a long time. All of the included accessories make a nice addition especially for a beginner to learn with. Overall, this is a very impressive pen and kit.

This is a complete kit. It comes with the machine, extra battery, cartridges and even a practice face skin. The needles in the cartridges are very small so this would be for more detailed work and specifically for face tattooing. The machine is well balanced and runs as advertised. If you are needing a full kit to get started, this one is for you.

This is a really wonderful machine! I love that this is a kit that comes with everything you need to start practicing and learning (except the ink).The battery lasted much longer than I could use it. It is comfortable to hold, and really quite easy to use. I am only using this at the moment on practice skin, but it's easy to get the detail and make lovely lines and designs.Super set for a beginner.
