I don't usually leave a review but I had to for this!I have Rheumatoid arthritis and the past 3 months i have been in so much pain , nothing seemed to work and i have tried EVERYTHING! So when i seen this product I thought its worth a try. I have taken the capsules for maybe a week now i could tell a difference but still had pain. Last night was the first time i have used the cream i was a bit sceptical because not even the prescription creams i have used worked. Last night was the first time I got a full nights sleep in forever! This stuff really works! Just when i thought nothing could help me abee med was it!

I am fairly new at taking this, but I am optimistic. I would like to be able to just buy the capsules, and buy the cream separate if I want it.
