I recommend it; it's incredible.
My husband was delighted with this watch, and the ability to answer and make calls directly from it is incredibly practical. Plus, the 24/7 heart rate and blood pressure monitoring, along with sleep tracking and a blood oxygen monitor, give him a complete overview of his health. It's surprisingly useful. If you're looking for a gift that combines style, technology, and wellness, this watch is an excellent choice. I recommend it, and believe me, order it and you'll be glad you did.

99% as functional as my expensive smart watch at 15% of the cost!
I have to say that this is a pretty impressive smart watch for about 15% of the cost of my last smart watch. My last smart watch was unable to take blood pressure, but this one does and seems to do an ok job at it. I did buy a different band for$7 as the rubber one that was on the watch irritated me. I expected this as it was the same with my expensive smart watch. I did not expect that it would sink with my expensive smart phone. Again it does a pretty good job at that with most of the data being transferred directly into my Health app. It was definitely worth the money so far. I ran a 10K race and the times, pace and heart rate were all accurate. The app is not as smooth as my expensive watch, but it seems to work well enough. One of the biggest problems with my expensive watch is that I have broken 3 different watch faces over the past 10 years. I try to be gentle but at $400 per watch it hurts when I crack them being active, but I buy them to wear when I am active. I can wear this and not be worried about if I happen to break it while using it. The battery seems to last about 4 days which is 4 times longer than my expensive watch. I have been recommending them to everyone I can! This is my favorite Amazon purchase of the past 12 months!

Does enough to be decent
Very simple and quick run down about its "abilities"Pros:Keeps time wellStep counter is accurateHolds a charge for a long timeCons:Heart rate counter is comically bad (unless somehow after falling asleep my hr increases to 120 when resting is 70-80)Sleep counter at times messes up and shows "Slept from midnight to wake up" two or three times a weekCharging can be a bit touchy as it being jostled can detach it too easilyIf you want what is essentially a watch with a step counter, buy it. If you want a fitness/health tracker go elsewhere. High 3, Low 4 rating as what I got it for it does, but it fails in other aspects.

Better than expectations
I got the health and fitness tracker to learn how to keep up with my steps. I found it does that and so much more. Good quality, accurate blood pressure and heart rate monitoring, lightweight, stylish and great battery life. I have enjoyed being able to make and receive calls as well. Still finding new things it does. So worth the money.

Works as Expected
There is a limited number of customized faces for the clock. The data trackers are questionable for their accuracy. It was very easy to connect to the mobile app on my phone. A feature of the watch lets you track your workout activity based on the type of activity (walking, bicycling, swimming, etc.). The band is made of a soft rubber. The charger cord connects via magnet and had no issue charging.I wore the watch for over 24 hours straight. I had no issues with heat or sweat were the watch sat. The battery decreased only 20% during that time with no additional charging during those 24 hours.I had issues bringing up my sleep data on the watch, but the app kept the record. I've also received push notifications from my texts and took phone calls on the watch with no problems.I don't use the trackers, so the inaccuracy of data doesn't concern me. I did have it ask if I was cycling as I was bagging groceries. However, as a watch that gives you text and call notifications, it works fine. The clock faces are also high definition and beautiful.

Outstanding for the cost.
The FITVII smartwatch delivers an impressive package: modern design, a wealth of health and lifestyle tools, long battery life—all at a price point that’s appealing. It shines as a motivational wellness companion and stylish everyday accessory. However, it’s critical to remember: the sensors are for lifestyle insights only—not medical accuracy. Some users report significant inconsistencies, and customer service experiences vary.If you’re after a feature-rich, budget-friendly tracker to nudge you toward healthier habits—and you’re okay with some trade-offs in precision—FITVII could be a smart pick. If reliable, clinical-level measurements or long-term hardware support are must-haves, you may want to explore more established alternatives.

Nice watch, but charging it is a problem
I really like this watch. I have received several compliments on it. I like that I can answer my phone on it, read texts and all the health information it provides. BUT either the charger doesn't work or the watch doesn't take the charge. I have left it charger days and have 80% is as full as it gets. It lasts a week, which is ok but it shouldn't take days before I can wear it again. I've had it for six months and it's always been an issue.

Impressive Accuracy at an Unbeatable Price!
I’ve been using the FITVII Health & Fitness Tracker for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. I compared its readings—heart rate, blood pressure, sleep tracking, and steps—with some top-tier brands I’ve used before, and the results were surprisingly accurate. It holds its own against fitness trackers that cost 2–3 times more! The call feature works great—I can answer and make calls directly from the watch, which is super convenient when I’m on the go. The 120+ sport modes are a nice touch, especially if you like to switch up your workouts.Sleep tracking has been spot on, and the 24/7 heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring give a clear picture of my overall health. It’s lightweight, stylish, and the battery life is solid too.If you’re looking for a feature-packed fitness tracker without breaking the bank, this is the one to get.
