These are indeed HUGE tabs.......... sure would be a prob for a person that has troub swallowing

A nice one-stop once-a-day multi-vitamin for men. No mega-doses. Just a good solid dose, often in the neighborhood of 100% of the recommended daily value, of a very comprehensive list of vitamins and minerals. (All that's missing for me here is Omega-3, but I get that via a separate supplement that I take). Usage, one per day with a meal. And there's nothing here contraindicated for women. I just have one with my morning pastry and coffee and have had no observable side effects. Comes in a rather large elongated tablet that is not coated. Goes down fine for me, but I could see how those with a swallowing difficulty might have a possible problem. If I may add . . . I'm well into my 60's and in excellent health. I credit much of that to being a very long time user of daily vitamin supplements. Nature's Wonder is a familiar and trusted brand to me, and usually saves some money compared to many of the alternative name brands. As always, those on medications or with health problems need to consult with their doctor first, as the label advises.

Overall, I've been happy with Nature's Wonder Vitamins & Supplements & they are a less expensive alternative to more well known brands. At current time of writing, these are an excellent deal for quantity of 100 tablets. They come in a plastic, safety sealed bottle that has a child proof twist top cap, & the expiration (of the ones I received) are 04/19, so plenty of time to use.They are a large sized, chalky tablet that are not coated, & not all that easy to swallow. So, this is something to be aware of if purchasing. I've attached a photo so you can see the size. Each tablet is 3/4 inch in size, but they are easy to break in half. You could break them in half to take, but I've found this doesn't help much because it leaves the edges pointy (not rounded), & they are still chalky. Not my favorite.So, I'd recommend these for adults who are looking for 1) an excellent value for basically a 3 month supply of multi-vitamins AND 2) those who do not mind the tablet size & that they are not coated. If you have any difficulty swallowing pills, look for a different one because these may give you troubles.

These Nature's Wonder One Daily Men's Multivitaminare a good value and appear to work as well as the "name brands". With any supplement, it is hard to quantify that it contains what it supposed to and works as it should over an extended time.I am very pleased with these in both value and quality.Highly Recommended!CFH
