Geeta's Mango and Ginger Chutney, Medium, 320 g (Pack of 6)

Just love this chutney goes with any spicy meat in a sandwich as well as curry. Mmm...

This chutney from India is really nice: hot, spicy, sweet and not too vinegary. I've used it with a savoy cabbage, potato and egg curry, with a madras-style minced meat curry stuffed into very European puff-pastry, then baked, sliced and served with plain rice and dollops of the chutney on the slices for a buffet, to accompany very mature cheeses, to doll up omelettes and even on plain toast - this last for the ginger-crazy, to great success every time. Not only will I buy it again, but I have Geeta's Lime Chutney in my basket, ready for the next order from Amazon. Warmly recommended.

We like Geeta's pickles and chutneys and had not tried this one - it's good, if a little over sweet for my taste. Well worth a try though if you enjoy mango chutney and fancy something a little different.

Very tasty chutney. Good alternative to plain mango chutnies. Strong but not overwhelming ginger flavour. Ideal for hot curries or try with cheddar cheese on an oatcake!

Delicious chutney, the best I've tried ever. Hard to get in ordinary shops on the continent so worth getting six jars in one go to last us for a while!

Two of the 6 jars were damaged and leaking. God knows how many days the contents have been exposed to air or if its safe to eat.

I used to make my own chutney but this is better.Have got through 6 jars in a month and now reordered.

Fabulous chutney with just enough ginger to give it something special. The perfect balance of spice and heat. Just yummy!
