Did not work at all. I have a high platelet count, so my blood coagulated in the tube before I could fill it to the line, and it wouldn’t come back out. I tried using the buffer to water it down with the two drops and it took the buffer but wouldn’t take anymore blood. I didn’t squeeze the bulb to get it in the tube but the blood wouldn’t come out when I squeezed. The result is clearly invalid on this test when I intentionally put a rush on it. It’s incredibly frustrating to have paid like $20 for something that didn’t even work beyond pricking my finger. Sure you have a backup needle, but it seems you may need a backup tube or a wider one… I honestly want a refund or a replacement because this did nothing but frustrate me. I can’t get in to see a Dr this week for proper testing hence the rapid test. 😒

The test worked as expected. Regarding results it looked like I could see a slight line. It was barely visible with a light shining on it. So a month later, I purchased a different brand and that one I got an invalid result. I did go to the doctor my TSH was over four. But still normal.

The lancets provided didnt work well and hurt my finger. The test didn’t work for me. Waste of time n money.

Unfortunately the lancets did not work at all. There was no way to get the thick plastic tops off of them, and there was no hole for which the lancet could push through. Wasted several minutes trying to figure them out before using a diabetes lancet kit I had on hand. The little tube you're supposed to use to collect your blood was essentially useless as well. I ended up having to drip blood into the test itself from my finger, and hopefully it was enough for an accurate result. Overall disappointed with this product, I'm just hoping the actual testing mechanic isn't as faulty as the rest of the kit, as I did use it and get a negative result.

I consider myself fairly good with such tech being an RMN but this product has no list of what is included and the instructions are tiny. I used my phone to increase the images and text. When I did so could not see the capillary dropper so assumed it was the only thing left in the parts, the buffer dropper. I always open the test cassette as a last job, to ensure it remains sterile to the last minute. In doing so, I discovered the capillary dropper was actually concealed in there and therefore the test was ruined. It would be much better to include a diagram of the expected parts PRIOR to opening them. Very disappointed.

The instructions are clear, and the results come quickly. Follow them exactly and make sure to fill the dropper up to the black line for accurate results. The test is easy to use, and everything you need is included in the kit.
