I'm going to start this off by stating why I tried this pillow out. I have chronic neck pain. If I try to turn my head to the side my neck acts up. And I'm not a great sleeper to begin with. That's all to say that this pillow has addressed both of these issues.I've tried pure memory foam pillows before but found them lacking-for me at least-on the comfort end of things. This pillow has the addition of those gel modules and that intrigued me.Right off the bat I noticed that with this pillow I can now turn my head to the side with no dis-comfort. That in it self is kind of a revelation. But those get pads give this a whole other level of comfort. Now this does not need to be chilled or plugged in. These gel packs just seem to passively seep away excess heat. And that comforting cool makes a huge difference in how this pillow feels to sleep on.Now pillows have been around in basically the same configuration forever it seems. But this "technological" pillow really stands out from the pack. I really didn't know how I was going to feel about this passive cooling but I'm loving it. This has definitely spoiled traditional pillows for me.My sleep is a little sounder than before. But it's the absence of neck pain that has really distinguished this item for me.This was not an inexpensive item. But getting a better nights sleep with no neck pain is worth it. I'm very satisfied with this product.

This is a really nice pillow. It is very comfortable. It's very soft, so I was actually a bit worried, but even though it is soft it still provides plenty of support. I sleep very well with it. It definitely stays cool throughout the night. This is good, because it can't be flipped like a regular pillow. Fortunately you don't need to. It is heavy. It is large. I really like it, though I don't know that I would have paid full asking price for it. 5 stars from me.

The cooling gel on this pillow works well. The pillow is supposed to be supportive, but it’s so squishy. Which might be ok but it’s also soooo heavy from the cooling gel. I can’t figure out how best to sleep with it, so I use it to relax and enjoy the cooling but then throw it on the ground to sleep. For $229 (at the time of this review), I expect more.

This pillow is cool to the touch. The neck support is wonderful and it has truly helped at night!

I 110% LOVE this pillow - I was so excited to use it - made my husband jealous, even (jealous that he didn't get one - get your mind out of there!)It's heavy but squishy - it's cooling (as promised) - I can even fold it while I sit up and watch TV. I'm not sure about the price point - but ask me after a month of using it - if it truly increases the quality of my sleep, then it's worth it.

The first thing I noticed about this pillow is that it really has some weight to it! Although it's heavy, it's quite squishy and so comfortable. You definitely can feel the cooling effect just by touching the top of the pillow. Personally I'm not a big fan of a cold pillow but this is for my husband and he loves it. He said he's been sleeping so much better with this pillow. Very happy so far.

This pillow is very comfortable on as a side sleeper.It molds to my head and helps keep me cool all night.It is a good size and is a great addition to my bed.Overall, I would recommend this pillow!
