Fun craft kit for little ones
This kit comes with a small plastic cat in a low poly style, batteries to power the lamp inside it, paints and 2 paintbrushes and a reusable mixing palette. The paints come in those small plastic joined together pots which can be a bit of a pain to open without splashing paint out, but we managed on this occasion. The pots are small but there's enough to complete the project, my daughter decided to turn her kitty into a tiger and had enough orange paint to cover the whole of the cat as a base colour.Once painted and dried, there's a small strip of film to pull which activates the included batteries. The effect is pleasing, and since finishing the kit my daughter has been happily using her tiger-kitty as a nightlight. So far we haven't needed to put new batteries in but thankfully they are replaceable so you can continue using the light once the included ones wear down. It's not a craft that will take up a huge amount of time, my daughter probably spent a couple of hours over 2 days painting it, but she's really happy with the finished item and had fun doing it, and for £10 at the time of ordering I think it's good value.

A fun activity
This makes for an interesting and engaging activity for the little ones since this product comes with a featureless cat lamp and a small collection of little pots of paints with brushes and a tiny palette. The cat lamp has this interesting triangular design that looks quite modern and sleek. The quality isn't too high since it's very lightweight and the light that it produces is very dim - it's quite similar to other cell powered lights that I've used around christmas time. The paints, brushes and the palette are quite small but they do their job, so I do like that this set is all encompassing and contains everything you need. It made for a fun afternoon and our little ones made a cat lamp that's... an interesting collage of colours? It was certainly unique! They had a lot of fun with it, so I am happy with this product and considering the price, it is pretty good value as well.

Great fun!
This fun arty toy arrives inside a plastic bag. That's inside a small plain easy to recycle cardboard box.Everything you need to make a cute colourful light-up kitty is included. The main part is obviously the cat, which is nicely different with it's geometric style. This is well made from a softish white plastic and is around 15cm tall. It also comes with 3 LR44 cell batteries, so you won't need to buy any.Just pull the transport tab out to activate them. The batteries are also protected against small fingers with a tiny screw. So this little one is nice and safe for your little ones. Also, loose in the box, is a small paint palette. Which can be used for other crafty things once your kitty is complete. There's also a brush, which like most kids craft kits-isn't that great. But it shouldn't bother most younger kids.Plus some small pots of paints. While these appear to be acrylic, their coverage is more like watercolour. So because they are very thin you get a glass like effect on the cat. An effect that some people liked and others didn't. Though that didn't bother us.That's because we intend to glue on colourful transparent beads to this using 2 part epoxy resin. Something that will be easy to do as the plastic on the cat has a very slight texture to it. A texture which means the cat could also have tissue paper or decoupage designs glued to it. So, whether you plan to use the included paint, or add your own beads or paper, you'll end up with a fun little light.

Great craft kit
This is a great craft kit for kids who like cats. In the box is the plastic cat with the LED light and battery inside, a pot of paints, 2 paint brushes and a little paint tray. The paint dries on the cat quite quickly and is water soluble, so it washes off clothes nice and easily.A fun thing to do with the kids.

Good for kids and adults
The box came badly damaged, but thankfully, it doesn't appear to have damaged the product. The contents are paints, lamp, and tray to hold the paints. Not the best quality but it's meant for young kids and to keep them occupied. For this, it's a good product. Battery is easily replaceable when needed.

Cute craft kit.
I ordered this to put aside for my grandsons upcoming eighth birthday as he loves all art and crafts and is bonkers about cats, so this set is perfect for him. Inside the box is the cat lamp which has a small string of LED's inside, a mini palette for mixing paint colours, two brushes and 12 paints. The paints are quite watery so you might need at least two coats. But I would still recommend this kit it makes a perfect gift for birthday's etc... or just for a fun way to spend some time over the upcoming school holidays or on the weekends. At just £9.99 at time of ordering this is very good value for money and it gives the child a sense of achievement/satisfaction of making their own little bedside light

There's a cat lamp that is powered by a battery which is replaceable. There's a small paint mixing tray and a set of paints with 2 brushes. It's not the best quality paint but it's a fun past time and for the adults you can always use your own choice of paint and brushesGreat little gift for a kiddie during school break or wer weekends
