It came charged. I love the no-spill and large bubble reservoir! Puts out A TON of bubbles!! I like being able to change the angle. Bubble are more of a medium size, but the quantity definitely outweighs the size! Wish I would have bought this one first!

This machine was great at first but on a tile deck with an indoor - outdoor runner too much soap was left, and it became dangerous and slippery. Also, too many bubbles come out and needs to be a safe distance from children when all they want to do is move it up and down to aim it.I think if it made bigger bubbles and slowed down the speed of the bubbles coming out would make for a superb bubble blower, we had to give it away to someone who was going to use it at a park setting.

I ordered 3 different bubble machines for our end of the year bubble party at school and this one was HANDS DOWN the BEST of them all! First of all, IT CAME WITH DIRECTIONS!! NONE of the other bubble machines came with any type of directions! Not what types of batteries they needed, not how, or even where, the batteries should go in the machine, not how to operate the machines. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!So, just seeing directions fall out of the box with this bubble machine made me smile! And this bubble machine was SUPER EASY to get up and running! I love how the base of the machine is sturdy with some weight to it. I didn't have to even think about it falling over. The well for the bubbles is big and the bubbles last a LONG time! One of the other machines I ordered only used a small bottle of bubbles and that was empty within 15 minutes. This Kid Odyssey bubble machine lasted the whole time we were outside (about 25 minutes). I took it to a teacher party and it lasted about 10-15 more minutes, and even after all of that, I still needed to pour some of the bubble mix out!The oscillating and up/down movements of this machine makes it so easy to blow bubbles in any direction you want. Oh, and did I mention that it has a RECHARGEABLE battery!! NO hunting for batteries or getting ready to use the machine and find out the batteries are dead!I think the only suggestion I would make would be to give specific directions on how to make the bubble mix. The packets do tell you what to do to make the mix; however, how much water you need to add for each pack is very unclear (see photo). You have no idea if the numbers behind each step represents ounces, packets, teaspoons, cups, etc. Since I have never made bubble mix using a pack like these, I just had to guess what to use to figure out the amount of water to add.Other than that one con, EVERYTHING else about this Kid Odyssey bubble machine was FANTASTIC! I even had a few parents and teachers ask me where they could get one!

I’ve been looking for a quality bubble machine for quite some time. I’ve purchased many and they break down after 1-5 uses. This machine is my winner. So far it has worked like a champ even after enduring my toddler, being left outside on the covered patio, and being fed whatever bubbles I have on hand. I like to get Fubbles brand bubbles from Marshals because they are nice bubbles for a good price.Not only does this machine work every time you turn it on, but it puts out a TON of bubbles. My kids dance in the bubbles because they are everywhere. It’s also quiet for a bubble machine, even when it rotates. It honestly puts my past bubble machines to shame and restores my faith in bubble machines. And it’s rechargeable so it doesn’t chew through batteries (looking at you Gazillion bubble machine from Costco). The only con that I can even scrape together is that the bubbles are small. But that’s not really even a true con.The machine is great and I’ll purchase it again if my toddler drops it one too many times.

I tried several different ratios of water to soap mix, but could not find a good consistency to make the machine work. As I could not get the main function to work, I did not try any of the others.

-This bubble machine is super easy to set up and use, and makes so many bubbles. It’s fun for backyard play times. My dog is especially entertained by it, and chases the bubbles with more fervour than the kids do ! The bubble solution packets are included, but I think you can also buy bubble solution that’s ready made and use that as well. I can see this being used at an outdoor birthday party, bbq, baby shower, wedding, or even for photos.
