A different vendor did not have vitamin B2 400 mg available so I used this one as a back up.I always read “other ingredients” before I make purchases and since I need this product along with another to treat my tremors, I made the purchase.However, it contains magnesium stearate which is a lubricant that can obstruct your absorption rate up to 67% depending on how much magnesium stearate you consume… The more products you consume with it, the higher the degree of non-absorption.Otherwise, I would get this five stars. Most of the products I purchased are absolutely clean without stearates, silicon dioxide or other additives that are not beneficial or detract from the intended effects.Otherwise, the product was promptly shipped and reasonably priced.Remember to always read labels including “other ingredients” which may not be desirable.
