All in the family….. the grower is my cousins son. All organic; the flour is amazing, regular flour as well. A must buy, you will not be disappointed.

its a decent sized bag that arrived in great timing. it says to "just add water". my favorite type of pancake/waffle mix is thr simple ones. I used it to make mini waffles in my dash waffle maker. they come out perfect everytime. i would say that it had a grainy texture to it but i added chocolate chips and the kids ate them all up. the ingredients are clean and organic which is a huge plus. the pricing falls justright with stores as well. this is a great healthy alternative to the chemicalized ones in stores.

I love this organic pancake and waffle mix. It is super easy to use, I just need to add water, and pour it into my waffle maker. Makes making breakfast super easy. The taste is great also, and the texture of the waffles is nice.

I'm reviewing Cascade Milling Organic Pancake and Waffle Mix, Makes 42 Pancakes, 1 bag, 2 lb.This mix made delicious Belgian waffles with a hint of vanilla. I have to admit, that I made a few changes. This mix only requires water; however for the 2 cup waffle recipe on the package, instead of water, I added about 2 cups buttermilk, 1 egg, and a tablespoon of melted butter. They cooked up to a beautiful golden brown (see photo). The outside was just a bit crisp while the inside was soft and fluffy, just how a waffle should be in my book.The ingredients are simple and wholesome: organic whole wheat flour, organic cane sugar, organic non-fat dry milk, leavening, sea salt, and natural flavor.This 2 lb mix came in a thick plastic bag (which is recycle ready) with a loop and hook closure. It seems to hold the package closed pretty well, but I'm not sure how air tight it really is so put the closed bag in a reusable zippered bag for storage. The big foot images on the package are so much fun. The expiration date is 09/18/2024. That doesn't seem that far away compared to other mixes; however, there aren't any preservatives added. This mix definitely tasted and smelled fresh. As good as this is, there's no chance it'll last that long.The waffles made with this mix are a good source of protein and dietary fiber. Exactly how much depends on the size of your waffles and if you follow or alter the recipe like I did.I would buy this mix again.As a side note, this Cascade Milling Organic Pancake and Waffle Mix is made in the Pacific Northwest, USA.

This is a 2 pound bag of organic pancake mix, in a resealable bag. We tried them for breakfast and the first thing I noticed was how amazing they smelled! The directions were very straight forward, mix with cold water and let sit 2 minutes. The batter mixed smooth in no time. It was easy to pour into the hot pan, but it was still very thick.They cooked up nicely and they rose quite a bit as they cooked. Both my husband and I like the pancakes and we will be eating them again soon!.⭐️ 1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality, or it does not reflect the advertising.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or is not priced where it should be for the product.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable. It has some faults, but the quality is adequate for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable; it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

This is the easy way to do pancakes and as a bonus, they are also healthier than regular batter. All you do is add water, mix (but not too much), and cook on a griddle or in a pan. Each bag provides enough batter for approx. 21 pancakes. The best-before date on my pack was 9/18/2024, so you don't have a really long time to use them. The mix is whole grain and organic so that's a real plus for me.
