When my sister told me about I really thought she was exaggerating! The mat is comfortable but kind of cold when you first lay on it but it’s very comfortable and boy do I sleep so much better. I don’t toss and turn and I wake up feeling so relaxed. I literally sleep on it every night. My husband wants one now lol!

I didn't feel anything while I was sleeping on it. And my body didn't feel any better after using it.

This is the second mat I've purchased. I wanted one for my bed, and have this one positioned horizontally across my eastern King, to hit just below my shoulders to past the top of my thighs. The straps hold it in place (I have a very thin mattress, so no problem getting it situated). I also have it under my fitted sheet, to keep linen changing easy (ya gotta think ahead with this stuff). I LOVE this mat. It's perforated, so it's flexible. Spans the full width of my bed (save a couple inches on each side). My back pain is diminishing, I'm sleeping deeply, and I believe it's an essential for maintaining good health! The first one I bought is smaller, which is best used when sitting on my sofa, over a support pillow behind my back. I'd highly recommend this item. You just feel you're doing something GOOD for yourself. It's not a miracle worker, but between this and my new chiropractor, I'm gettin back to my good ol' self.

I am not normally one to write reviews , but feel this is worth one. I went into this product skeptical at best, but continued along as best I could. Fit and quality seem to be of no issue. Upon first laying on it, the cool sensation of the material is refreshing. However, within just a few minutes of it equalizing to your body temperature, it quickly becomes "sticky" and uncomfortable. I am a warm sleeper to begin with, and like to keep my room around 62*. I still found myself waking almost hourly, and not being able to get comfortable.58y/o male with no health or muscle issues. But I was looking for some calming effect with this mat... I couldn't get past the 2nd night, and had to remove it in order to get a normal nights sleep again.

So, I have slept on mine for 2 nights. I seem to wake up less at night. One review mentioned DO NOT put ypur electonics on it. I agree. Guess I am going to keep it. Slept with mine just under my bottom sheet. Please read notes on wwbsite as it does not come with any written instructions.So, it has been a couple of weeks now and I love this thing. In the past I could hardly walk when I got up in the morning because of arthritis pain. That has improved by 75%. I sleep better and deeper too.
