I chose to believe the good reviews- big mistake.We definitely have a problem with clothes moths- holes in clothing prove it. Plenty of moths to be seen but not a single one in these traps!So either we have an all female moth phenomenon, in which case why all the holes clothes or these things do not work at all. I know which one I believe.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY- THESE DO NOT WORK!

I've upgraded my review because over a longer period I think I may have been overly hard. I had high hopes that this trap was going to be some sort of "Moth Kryptonite" but the results are less obvious than you might initially hope.I have found that traps placed in areas where large numbers of flying moths show up do not seem to attract them to any great extent. However, a trap placed in a bedroom where moths were much less visible has over the course of several weeks notched up 12 catches.So I have upped the rating from 1 to 3 stars at this point as there is clearly some benefit to these traps but it takes some time to become apparent.

Wow! These really work! As soon as we put them down we had loads of moths. It only catches the males though so we just hoovered up the females. But after a couple of weeks I think they’re gone.
