This product just fell apart while having a shower and could have hit my head or any of my family members head .this product is absolutely not safe.

Filter is same across the whole Cleo range.Customer service is great.But outer body needs improvements, grip part should be enhanced to be useful for wrenches.

Facing issues within 4 months of use-When I try to mix hot and cold water, the hot water no longer flows through it only cold water comes out.
