It worked well aside from the fact that something was rattling around in it and the music when you connect your bluetooth (yes I had the volume all the way up on the machine and my phone) is not even audible over the punching and sound effects. Very disappointed 😞

I used the Velcro straps to be able to move it around to the height that worked for me. I’ve used it several times and it has not budged. Very sturdy and well made. The gloves that came with it are comfortable, adjustable and protect my hands.

A fun mini workout that you can pretty much hang on any flat wall surface. It's meant more for rhythym work and techniques rather than strength training. Something to keep in mind. You cannot hit this too hard.

This item does not charge. I used it once for an hour and it died. I have had it on the charger for a long time and it still will not turn back on.
