I’ve been using the WYBOT pool vacuum for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Setup was incredibly simple—just charge it, drop it in the pool, and let it go to work. Within an hour, my pool looked spotless.It does an excellent job picking up dirt, leaves, and even fine debris from the bottom of the pool. I was especially impressed with how well it navigates corners and slopes—it rarely gets stuck and seems to cover the entire pool area efficiently. The battery life is more than sufficient for a full clean, and recharging is quick and hassle-free.Maintenance is a breeze too. The filter is easy to remove and rinse out, and the overall build feels sturdy and high-quality.If you’re looking for a robotic pool vacuum that’s affordable, effective, and low-maintenance, the WYBOT is a great investment. It performs as advertised. The set up seems to be important. At first I had it only doing the bottom and it did about 85%, missed a lot by the stairs. I then set it to do the "Whole Pool" and that sucker performed at 99%. It crawled up the corner stairs and seemed to be stuck for quite a while but it figured it out perfectly. The App connects quickly, the filter cleaning is a snap. As for the app, I've found it eventually connects but sometimes the Bot needs to be turned on, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes I just have to turn my phone's Bluetooth on an off, sometimes I have to reboot. The settings also don't seem to lock in, my vinyl pool becomes tile, my shape changes etc. There are also different patterns you can select but there's no explanation suggesting which one might be best. Unfortunately there is no way to know the level of battery charge or the time run from the app. You do know 100% after the 3 hour charge when the status light changes from blinking green to solid green. Be sure to read the FAQ's. The app is a little wonky but be aware it can't communicate unless it is active in some way and not underwater. The easiest time to connect is while it's charging. I've run it every day for a month and I'm 100% satisfied so far, it outperforms expectations.

Followed the charging directions to the letter straight out of the box. It seemed to only stay charged for about an hour but did a great job cleaning the pool. Then one day it would charge at all. Thought maybe it was the charger cord so I bought a new one ($50) and nothing. Reached out to Amazon where I purchased it from. Sorry can help you it’s outside of the 30 day return window… Contacted WHYBOT directly to see if I can get another unit because I really liked the performance of it even with a messed up charging system. I told them I would even pay to send the unit to them for review to prove I wasn’t lying. All I’m getting is the run around. So $500 down the tubes..Truth be told I was very happy with the performance of the unit even with the battery issues. But it just stopped working all together so I’m not bashing the product I am warning everyone about the lack of customer service and not standing behind the products you sell! We buy a lot of things from Amazon and they have always made things right so I am shocked they are letting this happen!Folks please be careful of some of the items you buy from Amazon and the vendors they use when it comes to expensive items or electronics you only have 30 days. After that sorry can’t help you…..

Perfect pool vacuum cleaner for inground pool. Easy to program and doing wonderful job. My husband really liked this pool vacuum.

This vacuum is definitely an upgrade from our previous one. We have a 24ft round pool and haven’t had to use the extra foam pieces provided for it to climb our pool walls - it is sturdy, reaches the top well, great grip, picks up leaves, bugs, debris, and it’s easy to clean with a hose. It has saved us soooo much time and energy. We haven’t had to use a handheld vacuum at all this season thanks to this one, and the pool always looks super clean. I wish the battery life lasted longer, but it only takes a couple hours to charge, and you can set up cleaning intervals on the app. Overall a great vacuum and worth the money.

This Wybot C1 has done an amazing job keeping our pool clean. We have a 14x28 inground vinyl liner pool that is under our neighbor’s trees. I am very impressed with this little guy. I mostly keep it set on floor only mode and let it do its thing. Having the ability for it to clean the entire pool including walls and waterline is a great plus tho. I let it do a full clean maybe once every 2 weeks. It has no difficulty climbing my walls. Some people have complained it struggles in a pool with a “hopper style” deep end. I have not found this to be a problem with mine. It does a super job For the price I paid I cant believe the quality. It lives up to its claim of 2.5 hours of battery life. I had never heard of WYBOT prior to my search for a robot pool vacuum. I’m glad I found them.
