Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy [4K UHD + Blu-Ray + Digital Copy]

Super funny would definitely rent again. Only watching with older teenagers or adults would can hand hash and sexual jokes.

This is one of my all time favorite comedy movies and it never gets old. Great cast and outrageously funny lines from everyone.

I watched this because it was on a list of the funniest films of all time. I enjoyed it a lot. Will Farrell is very good.

Classic conedy

First, let me say right up front that I am *not* a Will Ferrell fan, generally speaking (although I am a Steve Carell fan, and a Christina Applegate fan - actually it was this movie that made me into a Christina Applegate fan).[NOTE: I am including a spoiler WAY down below, below the *********s.]When people who haven't seen Anchorman think about what they think they know about the movie, they think raunch, and Will Ferrell-stupid.In reality, while there is some raunch (although not much at all) this is a *very* funny movie, with a lot of heart. It is, in the end, a love story, and a story about redemption - wrapped in lots of slapstick comedy, and also verbal humour.The cast of Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, Christina Applegate and, yes, Will Ferrell, is just perfect casting. Also watch for cameos by Vince Vaughn and Ben Stiller, among others.I *LOVE* watching this movie with someone whose expectations are pre-set based on what they know of Will Ferrell and what they think they know about the movie, because to a one (and I've watched it with several such people) they have said things like "I have to admit that I liked it much better than I thought I would" or "I have to admit I expected not to like it, but I really enjoyed it!"So, if you are on the fence about this movie, get off the fence, and watch it. Un peu daté mais c'est comme De Funès ou Coluche, simple et efficace comme remède à la mélancolie.

Prefiero esta edición mil veces al blu ray con castellano, que trae 1 versión de la peli y 0 extras. Aquí tenemos en la edición Uk 2 discos con numerosos extras y 3 versiones de la película, subt. en español latino (a mi no me ha molestado en absoluto) las tres, así como los extras. Decir que verla en VO es imprescindible, porque Will Ferrell hace su mejor papel, y la peli es ya de culto.

Anchorman, méconnu en France, est pourtant une épure de la comédie déjantée à l'américaine dont les Appatow Boys sont les chantres.mention spéciale naturellement à Will Ferrell mais, en tant que fan de Paul Rudd et Steve Carell (même si celui a un rôle ingrat, voire répétitif). Un autre acteur est impressionnant, il s'agit de David KOECHNER qui vient compléter la bande des quatre idiots à la tête de l'info de la chaîne de San Diago. Will Ferrell, mâtiné de Christian Morin pour les prouesses musicales est parfait dans son rôle de benêt magnifique, est absolument génial dans sa munificence et dans sa déchéance.Bientôt les commentaires pour ANCHORMAN 2 qui va plus loin dans les caméos...

I originally bought this on DVD many years ago when it first came out and just loved it, so when it came to Blu-Ray it was a must buy for me. Will Ferrell is on top form like always in possibly is finest role ever. The Blu-Ray comes as the "Rich mahogany" Edition which is amazing because you get a full length (around 90 minutes) lost movie called 'wake up Ron Burgundy' as a special feature in this 2 disc Blu-Ray set.
